Filter replacement<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>To prepare all tools suitable for thejob.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>To remove the Coalescerfilter, Pre-filter and Final filled[DC &nbsp;GT11\/12 (allfilter house lTl Ddule)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>To clean all the filter frames, the lowers and all surface offilter house (inside and outside) by pressured water or another suitable tool which not damage to the filter house<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>To check for condition of access doors and replace all seals<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>To repair any defective filter support grids after cleaning.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>To maintenance or repair for all defective locks latches and .strikes.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>To vacuum clean of the clean room (afterfincil filter) and sound dampers<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>To remove all damaged paint layer and repaint the corrosion and damciged parts of support framework [or filter and repaint onfioor in clean room<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>To replacements of Coalcscer filter, Pre-filter and Final filter &nbsp;(There cire 540pcs of Coalcsccr fillers, 534pcs&nbsp;of Pre-Fillers, &nbsp;534pcs Final Fllters.)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Re-painting specification as below:<br>(Grey color)\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Painting for rusry points\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Epoxy Primer 50 Microns<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Two Pack High Build Epoxy 1 x 100 microns<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Internciii onal paints &nbsp;or equivalent<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Paint works onfioor in walkw\u2039:iys and fioor in clean room( after final filter)\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Two Pack High Build Epoxy 1 x 100 microns<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>International paints or equivalent<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><br><strong>II.&nbsp;&nbsp; Filter House structure and Air Inlet duct :<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>To inspect the filter house structure and identify the corrosion and damaged parts offilter house air inlet duct&nbsp;then repair any defective and repaint the corrosion and damaged<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>To repaint whole outside of the filter house.\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>To check for drainage syslcm ensures that drainage syslem is propcrl y installeJ at the drain holes of the filter house fioor<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>To check for platform, handrails, and access ladders Ensure thcit the platforms arc secure and level and remove any obstruction which could create a ha=ard to personnel<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>To remove all damagecl paint layer anJ repaint<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>To check &nbsp;on the top offilter house and repair dc[eel and repair the wetter gutter of the filter house<br>&nbsp;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Painting specification as below:\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Total filter house (Grey color)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Painting for rusty points\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>&#8211; Two Pack High Build Epoxy 1 x 100 microns&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>&#8211; International paints or equivalent<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>III.&nbsp;&nbsp; Air Inlet Duct casing<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Air inlet diffuser casings (Red color)\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>To check paint layer of air inlet diffuser casings then remove all damaged paint layer by scraping<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Cleaned surface by grinder with copper brushed at defected area<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Applied PT remover and Heating surfaces by lamp<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Painting: Primer \u2014 Interseal 670SH or equivalent ;
