SCOPE OF WORK
Phasel 1: cleaning by compressed air
- The contractor is requested to submit the Risk Assessment and schedule for this job.
- To separate each four fin tubes when cleaning for effective performance;
- The cleaning areas require for HRSG- The back side and front side of module 5- The front side and back side of module 6- The back side and front side of module 7
- Remove the deposit and scale stuck on the fin tube surfaces by blasting up to the first 7 rows of the tube module until visually clean in the constrained time. The dimension of each module is 17m Height x llm Width;
- Clean all the dust, dirt, deposit and the scale on the following area:
– The floors of all modules
– The floor of lower scrawl spare and clean at the stack drain
- Compressed air requirement: air pressure is 13 bar, air flow is 20 m3/min, and oilfree;
- To collect Separately of fouling particulate between from the finned tubes and from the spare behind of module 7 and stack. Weight and then record for module one module.
- Working shift and team as below requirement:
Phase2: Cleaning by CO2 ice method for the last two rows of module 7 (back side only) after compressed air cleaning
- The contractor is requested to submit the Risk Assessment and schedule for this job (RA for cleaning by CO2 ice) and the method statement is provided by contractor);
- Remove the deposit and scale stuck on the fin tube surfaces for the dimension of module 7 is 17m Height x 1 lm Width; xii Clean all the dust, dirt, deposit and the scale on the following area:
- The floor of module 7
- The floor of lower scrawl spare and clean at the stack drain again
